How do I book a property?
You can book through Airbnb, VRBO, or directly on our website. Direct bookings save you 15% compared to third-party platforms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by property and booking platform. Direct bookings typically offer more flexible cancellation terms. Contact us for specific details.
Can I modify my reservation?
Yes! For direct bookings, contact us directly to make changes. For Airbnb/VRBO bookings, modifications should be made through those platforms.
What's the minimum stay requirement?
Most of our properties have a 1-night minimum, but this may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
For direct bookings, we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna. Airbnb and VRBO bookings use their respective payment systems.
Why is booking direct cheaper?
When you book direct, we don't pay platform fees to Airbnb or VRBO—so we pass those savings (15%) directly to you.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, direct bookings require a $500 refundable security deposit. This is authorized (not charged) and released after checkout inspection.
When am I charged?
Direct bookings are charged at the time of booking. The security deposit authorization is placed but only charged if there's damage.
Property & Amenities
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes! All properties include fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Is there WiFi?
All our properties have high-speed WiFi. Perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows after a day on the slopes.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Check the individual property listing or contact us for specific pet policies.
What about parking?
All properties include free parking. Most have covered or garage parking available during winter months.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in/check-out times?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
How do I access the property?
All properties use keyless entry with unique codes. You'll receive your access code and detailed instructions before arrival.
What if I arrive late?
No problem! Our keyless entry system means you can arrive at any time. Just let us know your estimated arrival time.
