Do I need snow tires or chains?
All-wheel drive is recommended December through March. Snow tires are helpful but not required.
What's the check-in process in winter?
Self check-in with smart locks. We provide detailed directions and will text you road conditions if there's active snowfall.
Are the roads to your properties maintained?
Main roads are cleared quickly after snowfall. If snow is forecast for your arrival, message us and we'll tell you what to expect on the way in.
What if there's a big storm during my stay?
We monitor weather closely and communicate proactively. If conditions are truly dangerous, we work with you on flexible rebooking.
