1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Bliss Havens Retreats website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
2.1 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking for direct reservations. For bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO), payment terms are governed by those platforms' respective policies.
2.2 Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500 is required for all direct bookings. This amount is authorized (not charged) at booking and will only be charged in case of property damage or excessive cleaning requirements beyond normal use.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the property and booking type:
- Direct Bookings: Cancellations made 14+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to fees.
- Third-Party Bookings: Subject to the cancellation policy of Airbnb or VRBO.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Treat the property with care and respect
- Comply with all house rules and local regulations
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the property
- Report any damages or issues immediately
- Leave the property in reasonable condition at checkout
- Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
5. Property Use
Properties are for vacation rental use only. Commercial activities, events, or parties are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing. Smoking is prohibited inside all properties.
6. Liability
Bliss Havens Retreats is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries occurring on the property
- Service interruptions (utilities, internet, etc.)
- External factors beyond our control (weather, road conditions, etc.)
7. ID Verification
For direct bookings, we require ID verification through our secure verification partners (ID.me or similar services). This helps ensure the safety and security of our properties and community.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
